Free 30-minute Initial Consultation
I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to talk about how counselling works and any questions you might have.
It is also an opportunity for us to explore your hopes from counselling and whether you feel I am the right counsellor for you.
Privacy Policy
I will share my privacy policy which details what information I hold, how it will be used and stored and your rights under GDPR.
It will also include a counselling and consent section, which will need to be signed before starting counselling.
Cancellations
Things may come up and you may need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you need to cancel your session please contact me as soon as possible.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will still be charged, except in cases of exceptional circumstances.
