Lauren Green

My name’s Lauren, and I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, offering counselling to children,  young people and adults. 

Life can sometimes feel difficult and overwhelming, and we can all experience issues that impact our physical health and emotional wellbeing, relationships, work and/or school life. 

As a Counsellor, I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental space to explore what you may be experiencing difficulties with. My approach is flexible and client-led, incorporating traditional talking therapy, walking & talking, play-based or creative interventions. Most importantly, I will be guided by what you feel you need, in a calm, holding and accepting space. 

Choosing a counsellor who feels right for what you need is an important and personal choice. I offer an initial confidential 30-minute phone call to give you an opportunity to explore this with me and to ask any questions.
