Individual Counselling Sessions - £55.00
For Adults, Children & Young People (10 years & upwards).
50-minute sessions.
Face-to-face or video calls online.
My working days are Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays.
I also work with the following Health Insurance providers; Aviva and Vitality Health.
Free 30-minute Initial Consultation
I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to talk about how counselling works and any questions you might have.
It is also an opportunity for us to explore your hopes from counselling and whether you feel I am the right counsellor for you.
Forms
I will send you my Counselling Agreement, which will need to be signed when you start counselling. We can explore this together during your first session.
I will share my privacy policy which details what information I hold, how it will be used and stored and your rights under GDPR.
Additional information will also be shared with you, if applicable, for online or outdoor appointments, and information for parents/carers for children & young people in counselling.
Cancellations
Things may come up and you may need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you need to cancel your session please contact me as soon as possible via phone or email.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will still be charged. Under discretion, I may waive the fee in cases of exceptional circumstances.
