My name’s Lauren, and I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor offering counselling to children,  young people and adults. 

Life can sometimes feel difficult and overwhelming. We can all experience issues that impact our physical health and emotional wellbeing, relationships, work and/or school life. 

As a Counsellor, I offer a welcoming and non-judgemental space to explore what you may be experiencing difficulties with. My approach is flexible and client-led, incorporating traditional talking therapy, walking & talking, play-based or creative interventions. 

I fundamentally believe that the relationship between a counsellor and client is one of  the most important and influential aspects of how effective counselling can be. I put you as my client at the centre of my work and I am guided and led by what you want to bring into the session in a calm, holding and accepting space. 

Choosing a counsellor who feels right for what you need is an important and personal choice. I offer an initial confidential 30-minute phone call to give you an opportunity to explore this with me and to ask any questions.
